They had me open the ADMIN$ share on one device and had me check if files were being created and copied, and they were sort-of. All of our devices use the same A/V and A/V policies and some devices work, while others get stuck at initializing. I reached out to support, but they said it was A/V or performance settings on the server, which I didn't believe.
